THE 36 QUESTIONS TO FALL IN LOVE WITH “ANYONE” (LOW B2)
Can you really fall in love with someone after 36 questions? How about anyone?
A 20-year-old study says you can – and so does the New York Times journalist who took psychologist Arthur Aron’s 1997 test to see if closeness could be created in an experimental environment.
The quiz progresses from relaxed questions like, ‘Would you like to be famous? In what way?’ to more intimate ones such as, ‘What, if anything, is too serious to be joked about?’.

Yesterday I watched this on TV, in “El Hormiguero”. Firstly, I thought it was a joke but then they explained that it was an experiment based on a scientific study.
I couldn’t believe it!!!
Do people actually think that this is possible? What would happen if the couple has nothing in common?
In my modest opinion, I think it’s possible that a couple can have certain affinity or attraction to each other but I don’t think that people can fall in love so quickly, answering only 36 questions and staying in a room staring straight to their eyes.
Perhaps I’m not quite romantic!

I BELIEVE IT DOESN´T HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH ROMANTICISM. IT´S HARD TO BELIEVE THAT THESE QUESTIONS WORK MIRACLES…
