  1. Hi Carmen!
I made a little search on internet about idioms with the verb “take” and… I found a lot! I´m very surprised about what a great number of them we use everyday without being conscious! As you always say, “there´s one song for everything”: What do you think about these?
    “Take a bow” https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XDeiovnCv1o
“Take a chance on me” https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-crgQGdpZR0
“Take on me (take me on) “https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=djV11Xbc914

  3. You’re right, Edu!. You told me something about ‘Take That’ last Monday, didn’t you?
I’d like to add ‘Take it easy’ by The Eagles.

Regarding the list above I prefer ‘Take on me’ covered by Annir B. Sweet:

    Guess why.

  5. Take someone or something for granted:
to expect someone or something to be always available to serve in some way without thanks or recognition; to value someone or something too lightly. https://youtu.be/1xXykStD-YA
