DEADLOCK REMAINS

“Spain went to the polls on Sunday and chose virtually along the same lines as they did last December, with the PP securing the most votes but not enough to win a majority in parliament.”  http://www.thelocal.es/20160627/six-things-we-learnt-from-spains-repeat-elections

“As a result, the Spanish right emerges stronger than ever while the left is weaker than it was in December. Rajoy’s message of fear against the “radical” and “extremist” Unidos Podemos has worked, and the Brexit vote in Britain offered a last-minute support to his calls for moderation against the siren songs of populism.” http://elpais.com/elpais/2016/06/27/inenglish/1467012828_937419.html

To my surprise, corruption did´t take its toll on the Popular Party …..The PP were the big winners but it´s short of a majority….SO….. NOW WHAT??….

  • Will Rajoy be able to form a coalition this time?
  • Who will help it into government? Who would you like to?
