“Woulda” might be a contraction of “would have”??

I’ve found out that a 44 could be a 44 Remington Magnum so, she carried a gun. Besides that, she says “At least I know he’s lying still” . This leads me to believe that she murdered someone.
I think using the third conditional we can express regret because we can’t change the past.
