Why does English have to be so complicated?
These “false friends” are one of the reasons why learning English is so difficult. You are looking at an unknown English word similar as a Spanish word and your first thought is: I know the meaning and you feel really happy, but then you notice that this is only a mistake and you feel a bit stupid.
